To generate and share your WordPress Site Health Info, please follow these steps:
- Log into your WordPress Admin dashboard
- Navigate to Tools in the left sidebar menu
- Select Site Health from the dropdown options
- At the top of the screen, you’ll see two tabs labeled “Status” and “Info”
- Click on the Info tab
- Look for the button labeled “Copy Site Health Info to Clipboard“
- Click this button to copy all relevant diagnostic information
- Paste the copied information directly into your support query
