Before you start
Install and activate WooCommerce and Clone / Duplicate Orders for WooCommerce. Your WordPress account needs permission to edit WooCommerce orders.
Clone from the Orders list
- Open WooCommerce → Orders and find the order you want to copy.
- In its Actions column, select Clone Order. If the column is hidden, open Screen Options at the top of the page and enable Actions.
- Follow the success notice's link to the newly created order.
You can also open an order and select Clone Order in its sidebar. The Order actions menu on the order edit screen offers a Clone order action as well.
Review the new order
The default status of a cloned order is Pending payment. The plugin copies the customer and address details, order items, and other supported order data, but it does not take a payment or copy the original payment transaction. The new order has its own order number.
Before sending an invoice or fulfilling the order, check the customer, items, quantities, prices, tax, shipping, and status. Make any needed changes on the new order. The original order remains available separately.
If the clone action is missing, confirm that the plugin is active, your account can edit orders, and the Actions column is visible. If the clone fails, contact support with the original order number and the error message, without including customer payment details.
