Clone / Duplicate Orders for WooCommerce

Free WooCommerce plugin. Copy an existing order in one click, then review and adjust the new order before processing it. Use it for repeat customers, phone orders, exchanges, and other situations where re-entering every product and address would waste time.

What the free plugin does

  • Adds a Clone action to the WooCommerce Orders list and controls on individual order screens.
  • Copies products, customer and shipping details, original prices, taxes, and supported custom fields into a new order.
  • Starts the new order at Pending payment so you can check it before processing.
  • Leaves the original order's payment transaction details and order notes behind.
  • Supports WooCommerce High Performance Order Storage (HPOS) and the older posts-based order storage.

The new order is an ordinary WooCommerce order. Review its products, totals, tax, shipping, customer information, and payment method before you take payment or change its status. The plugin does not reduce stock merely because you created the clone.

Clone an order in three steps

  1. Open WooCommerce → Orders and find the order you want to copy. If the Actions column is hidden, enable it in Screen Options.
  2. Select the Clone action. You can also open an order and use its Clone Order control.
  3. Open the new order, make any changes, and process it through your usual WooCommerce workflow.

Useful for real store work

Repeat customers: Start from a previous order and adjust quantities or products instead of building a new order from scratch.

Phone and manual orders: Copy a similar order, then replace the customer or delivery details before processing it.

Exchanges: Keep the original order and refund record intact, then create a separate order for the replacement items.

Free and Pro are separate plugins

This is the free plugin. Clone / Duplicate Orders Pro for WooCommerce is a separate product that has not been released yet. The free plugin already handles one-order-at-a-time cloning; Pro is being prepared for more control over cloning rules.

Availability

The free plugin is released. Direct downloads and updates through a YMMV account are being prepared. This page will provide that access when it is ready.
